What HRKaki payroll does each month
Running payroll in Singapore means getting a lot of small rules right at the same time: CPF rates that change with age, a wage ceiling that has risen every year since 2023, levies, self-help group funds, overtime limits and payslip rules. HRKaki handles these for you, so your monthly run becomes a review instead of a rebuild.
- Gross-to-net calculation for monthly, daily and ad-hoc pay, with allowances, deductions, bonuses and MOM-rule overtime.
- CPF, SDL and SHG funds (CDAC, SINDA, MBMF and ECF) calculated per employee, with rate changes applied by us when the CPF Board announces them.
- GIRO bank files for DBS IDEAL, UOB IBG, OCBC Velocity, HSBC, Maybank, Citibank, SMBC, MUFG, BNP and Bank of America.
- Itemised payslips that include every item MOM lists, sent to staff automatically and kept online for them to view.
- Multiple pay cycles in one month, with CPF and statutory contributions recalculated correctly across them.
Year-end IRAS submission without the January scramble
Employers in the IRAS Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS) must send their employees' employment income by 1 March each year. HRKaki keeps twelve months of consistent records and submits the IR8A and Appendix 8A/8B data directly to IRAS. When a foreign employee leaves, it also prepares the IR21 for tax clearance. Read our IR8A and AIS guide for the full process.
HR records and leave in the same system
Because HR, leave and payroll share one set of employee records, nothing has to be re-keyed. HRKaki stores biodata, family and bank details, documents such as NRIC and passport copies, assets issued, education, offences and incidents. Leave policies support tiered entitlement by grade and length of service, with calendar views for planning and reminders for work pass expiry, confirmation and retirement dates.
