Bluetooth beacon
Staff clock in on their phone within 1 metre of the beacon.
- Stick it on a wall and it is live in seconds
- Only registers when staff are physically there
- Add a beacon for each new site
HRKaki Attendance records who worked, where and when, without buddy punching. Pick the clock-in that fits each team: a Bluetooth beacon at the office, GPS with a face check in the field, or the touchless 1010-LITE terminal at the door. Every clock-in reaches payroll the moment it happens.

Touchless face recognition at the door, for staff without a smartphone.

For offices, shops, clinics and fixed sites.

For field sales, technicians and staff across job sites.

Buddy punching is when one employee clocks in for another. HRKaki blocks it three ways: a face check at every clock-in, each account locked to the employee's own registered phone, and clock-in times checked against the server, so changing the phone's clock doesn't help.
Every clock-in, from beacon, GPS or the face terminal, lands in HRKaki payroll in real time, including overtime under MOM rules and attendance incentive policies. With the optional e-Schedule module you can plan shifts and off days, and approved leave updates the roster automatically.
For beacon and GPS clock-in, yes. Staff use the HRKaki Attendance app on their own smartphone, and each account is locked to one registered phone. Staff without smartphones can use the 1010-LITE face terminal instead.
The phone must be within 1 metre of the Bluetooth beacon to clock in, so staff have to be physically on site.
Yes. GPS mode lets staff clock in from any location. Each clock-in records the location and is paired with a selfie face check, so nobody can clock in for someone else.
Yes. The 1010-LITE recognises staff even when they are wearing a mask, verifies in under a second, and also accepts a card for anyone who prefers it.
Up to 3,000 faces or cards and 150,000 event logs. It connects by TCP/IP or Wi-Fi and detects faces from 0.3 to 2 metres away.
Yes. Clock-ins from beacon, GPS and the terminal sync to HRKaki payroll in real time, including overtime calculated under MOM rules.
What buddy punching is, why it costs Singapore employers more than they think, and how cards, fingerprint, face terminals, GPS and beacon mobile attendance compare at preventing it.
